Notary Services
Whether it’s a stack of signings for an attorney’s office or one page you need notarized today, Dr. Ray Howard can help you get it done — plainly, professionally, and without the runaround.
Serving clients in every state — from an attorney’s office down to a single small job.
What we notarize
Big signing packages or one page at the kitchen table — the same person handles it, and the same care goes into it.
Acknowledgments, jurats, affidavits, powers of attorney — the everyday paperwork that needs a notary’s seal before anyone will accept it.
Signing appointments arranged with law offices and attorneys — you meet, you sign, and the paperwork leaves complete and correct.
Closing packages, refinances, and loan signings handled on schedule, with the signatures and dates in the right places.
One document, one signature, one quick seal. There is no job too small to call about — a single page still gets the same care.
How it works
Call, text, or send a message and say what the document is and when you need it done. We will tell you straight whether it is something we can handle.
Have the document in hand and your signer ready — a notary must see the person sign. Bring a current photo ID, and leave anything that says “sign here” blank until then.
We notarize the pages and you leave with the finished document. If it has to go somewhere next, we will help you get it where it needs to be.
A quick word of advice from experience: don’t sign or date anything ahead of the appointment. A notary has to witness the signature, so those blank lines are supposed to stay blank until you’re in front of us.
One firm. All of it handled.
Notary work is one part of RH Consulting Company, LLC — and it sits beside everything else we take care of for you.
The document that needs notarizing is often part of something bigger — a will, a filing, a tax matter, a legal question that crosses a state line. You don’t have to go find three different people for it. Bring it to one place.
Tell us what the document is and when you need it, and we’ll tell you straight what we can do. Call or text (478) 508-7000, or send a message through the contact form and we’ll get right back to you.
