The person behind the company
RH Consulting Company, LLC is owned and run by Dr. Ray Howard, who founded the firm to give people something he found hard to come by: straight answers about their business and personal affairs.
Based in Georgia, we handle business and personal affairs end to end: tax issues, wage and payroll paperwork, Schedule C returns, wills, and bankruptcy guidance. Dr. Howard also serves as a notary for clients in all fifty states, from signing work for an attorney’s office down to a single small job.
When legal matters cross state lines, we coordinate with attorneys in all 50 states so you always have the right counsel on your side.
And you don’t have to be nearby. Clients work with Dr. Howard by phone and email from anywhere in the country — documents, filings, and follow-ups all handled remotely, so a matter in another state is just as straightforward as one down the road.
Insurance and bonding coverage, contracts, family matters — we work as your finder, your navigator, and your advocate, whichever the situation calls for. And when there’s a cheaper way to get it done, we’ll be the first to tell you.
We’re based in Georgia, with offices in Florida and Gulfport, Mississippi — and while we already coordinate attorneys in all 50 states, we’re building toward full service in every state and overseas by February 2027.
